Set up a one-time or recurring payment using eCheck. One-time payments can also be made using a credit card.
What do I need to do?
- Visit Alliance Payments.
- Create an account to make recurring payments or select a one-time payment option.
- Credit card payments - Convenience fee charged to you
- eCheck payments - Free for recurring payments, one-time payments incur a convenience fee
- The following information will be needed:
- Mgt. Company ID: 745
- Association ID: MAJ
- Unit Account Number: Please contact the office if you need your account number.
- Recurring Payments: You will need to create an account then "Setup Scheduled Payments" from the member dashboard.
US Mail/Lockbox
- Personal Check/Money Order
- Write your account number on your personal check or money order and mail it to the bank lockbox address shown below.
- Your Bank’s Online Pay
- Set up the association as a payee in your bank’s online bill pay system. Be sure your RJC account number is on the payment. Make your payment payable to the association and mail it to the bank lockbox address below.
