Monthly Rate: $50.00, due on the 1st of each month.

Online Payment Via eCheck or Credit Card (one time & recurring options)
How does it work? You set up a one-time or recurring payment using eCheck, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

What do I need to do? 
  • Click the Western Alliance Bank logo above.
  • Create an account to make recurring payments or select a one-time payment option.
    • Credit card payments - 3% convenience fee charged to you
    • eCheck payments - Free 
  • The following information will be needed:
    • Mgt. Company ID: 745
    • Association ID: MAJ
    • Unit Account Number: Please contact the office if you need your account number.
  • Recurring Payments: You will need to create an account then "Setup Scheduled Payments" from the member dashboard.

​US Mail/ Lockbox
Personal Check/Money Order
  • How does it work? A payment coupon is mailed with your check or money order to the lockbox in Las Vegas.
  • What do I need to do? Mail your payment with a coupon to the address on the coupons.  Payment coupons can be purchased HERE.

Your Bank’s Online Pay
  • How does it work? Submit check payments through your own bank’s online bill pay system.
  • What do I need to do? Using the information below, set up the association as a payee in your bank’s online bill pay system. Make sure your account number is on the check.
