Pennsylvania state law requires that any home sold within a PUD or condominium association must have resale paperwork completed prior to closing on the home.
- Resale certificates are issued after an exterior aesthetic review is completed. Any violations will be remarked on the resale certificate. However, the seller may be required to correct the violations prior to issuing the resale. Any past due assessments will also be noted on the resale for collection.
- Please complete and submit the online form below. Resale certificates may take up to ten days to process. If you need the certificate sooner, there will be an additional fee to expedite the process.
