- Click the Alliance Bank logo above to make online payments through Alliance Bank.
- The payment site is not run by Rj Community Mgt. It will NOT have your account balance. Please contact the office if you think you are behind and need your balance.
- The Management Co. ID is 745.
- Your account number will be provided by Rj Community Mgt. Please contact the office if you need your account number.
Credit Card Payments
Credit Card (Convenience Fee) - One-time payments only
- NOTE: Credit card users must make manual payments. You can set a reminder to be sent to you once you've set up payments per below.
- Click the Alliance Bank logo above. Do not log into your account if you've created one.
- Scroll down and select the green "Debit/Credit Card Payment" button.
- Input your account information and choose your notification frequency.
- Be sure to write down your security pin.

Editing Scheduled Payments
- Create an account via the link above.
- Once logged in, select "Setup Scheduled Payments" from the dashboard.
- Complete the online form to set up your payments. You will be able to add your property and payment method here.
Editing Scheduled Payments
- Log into your account via the link above.
- Once logged in, you will see your next payment under the "Scheduled Payments" header.
- Click the "edit" button next to your scheduled payment.

Paying By Personal Check?
If you would like to pay your dues via personal check, simply click on the coupons or "Order Here" button below to complete your purchase. A coupon book will be shipped to you.
