Recurring Payments: You will need to create an account and add your property.
US Mail/ Lockbox
Personal Check/Money Order
How does it work? A payment coupon is mailed with your check or money order to the lockbox in Las Vegas.
What do I need to do? Mail your payment with a coupon to the address on the coupons. Payment coupons can be purchased
Your Bank’s Online Pay
How does it work? Submit check payments through your own bank’s online bill pay system.
What do I need to do? Using the information below, set up the association as a payee in your bank’s online bill pay system. Make sure your 10 digit account number is on the check.
