Monthly Assessment: $140.00
  • Payments are due by the 15th of the month.

Online Payments
Set up a one-time or recurring payment using eCheck.  One-time payments can be made using a credit card.
  • Click the Alliance Bank logo above.
  • Select your payment option to make a one-time payment or create an account to setup recurring payments.
  • The following information will be needed:
    • Mgt. Company ID: 745
    • Association ID: VAMR
    • Unit Account Number: Please contact the office if you need your account number.
  • Recurring Payments: You will need to create an account then "Setup Scheduled Payments" from the member dashboard.

Personal Check/Money Order
  • A payment coupon is mailed with your check or money order to the lockbox in Las Vegas.
  • Mail your payment with a coupon to the address on the coupons.  Payment coupons can be ordered HERE.

Your Bank’s Online Pay
  • Submit check payments through your own bank’s online bill pay system.
  • Using the information below, set up the association as a payee in your bank’s online bill pay system. Make sure your  account number is on the check.
