Maintenance Fees
All maintenance fees are due monthly on the 1st. Late charges will be applied after the 5th.
- Single Family Homes
- $22.00 per month
- The Single Family Homes Association ID for payments is RFOSF. - Townhomes
- $80.00 per month.
- The Townhomes Association ID for payments is RFOTH. - Legacy/Carriage Homes
- $106.00 per month.
- The Legacy Homes Association ID for payments is RFOLH.

How does it work? You set up a one-time or recurring payment using eCheck, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

How does it work?
You write a check, enclose a coupon and mail it in every time your payment is due. Coupons can be ordered HERE.
What do I need to do?
Write a check payable to your homeowners association and mail it along with your payment coupon to the address listed on the coupon. Important: Include your homeowner account number on your check.

Your Bank's Online Billpay
What do I need to do?
Set up the community as the payee in your online billpay system. No coupon is necessary, but please include your account number on all checks.

- Click the Alliance Bank logo above.
- Create an account to make recurring payments or select a one-time payment option.
- Credit card payments include a convenience fee.
- Checking/savings account payments are free.
- The following information will be needed:
- Mgt. Company ID: 745
- Single Family Homes Association ID: RFOSF
- Townhomes Association ID: RFOTH
- Legacy Homes Association ID: RFOLH
- Unit Account Number: Please contact the office if you need your account number.
- Recurring Payments: You will need to create an account then "Setup Scheduled Payments" from the member dashboard once logged in.
