To register an Oakmont Commons HOA Unit as a Rental Unit or update an existing Rental Unit’s information following a change in occupancy, please complete the form below.
All completed form submissions must be accompanied by a copy of the lease, which can be attached electronically below. This information will not be distributed to anyone outside of the Management Company and Board of Directors.
The form below is required to be fully completed; please use “N/A” in spaces which do not have an answer, such as a secondary email address.
In addition to the form below, you must submit payment for the $25 rental fee. Payment should be made electronically by following the online payment instructions at Oakmont Commons HOA.
