How does it work?
You write a check, enclose a coupon and mail it in every time your payment is due. Statements with an attached coupon will be mailed to owners in December each year.
What do I need to do?
Write a check payable to your homeowners association and mail it along with your payment coupon to the address listed on the coupon. Important: Include your homeowner account number on your check.

- Association ID: LF2
- Unit Account Number: Please contact the office if you need your account number.
- Recurring Payments: You will need to create an account then "Setup Scheduled Payments" from the member dashboard.
