Monthly HOA Fees
- Monthly fees vary by unit and service type. Rates are listed below. If you are unsure of your rate, please contact the office.
- Payments are due no later than the 10th of the month.
- Single Family Detached Homes, No Services (Type A) $72.00
Townhomes, With Services (Type B) $118.00
Carriage Homes (Type B) $125.00
Single Family Detaches Homes, With Services (Type C) $150.00
Townhomes, Mews (Type D) $106.00
Crossroads (Type E) $219.00
Online Payment Via eCheck or Credit Card (one time & recurring options)
How does it work? You set up a one-time or recurring payment using eCheck for free. One-time payments may be made via credit card for a convenience fee.

How does it work?
You write a check, enclose a coupon and mail it in every time your payment is due. Coupons can be ordered HERE.
What do I need to do?
Write a check payable to your homeowners association and mail it along with your payment coupon to the address listed on the coupon. Important: Include your homeowner account number on your check.

Set up the community as the payee in your online billpay system. No coupon is necessary, but please include your account number on all checks.

- Create an account to make recurring payments or select a one-time payment option.
- Credit card payments - 3% convenience fee charged to you

- The following information will be needed:
- Mgt. Company ID: 745
- Association ID: HNA
- Unit Account Number: Please contact the office if you need your account number.
- Recurring Payments: You will need to create an account then "Setup Scheduled Payments" from the member dashboard.
