Mgt. Company ID: 745
Association ID: ENA
Unit Account Number: Please contact the office if you need your account number.
Recurring Payments: You will need to create an account then "Setup Scheduled Payments" from the member dashboard.
US Mail/Lockbox How does it work? Write a personal check, enclose a coupon and mail it in every time your payment is due. Coupons may be purchased here. You may also set up payment through your own bank's bill pay. Coupons are not necessary with bank bill pay checks.
What do I need to do? Write a check payable to your homeowners association and mail it along with your payment coupon to the address listed below. Important: Include your homeowner account number on your check.
