Assessments
Quarterly Assessment: $100.00 due by the 15th of January, April, July, October
- Rental Units: $400.00 due by January 15th.

- Create an account to make recurring payments or select a one-time payment option.
- Credit card payments - Convenience fee charged to you
- eCheck payments - Free for recurring payments, one-time payments incur a convenience fee

- Recurring Payments: You will need to create an account then "Setup Scheduled Payments" from the member dashboard.

- Set up the association as a payee in your bank’s online bill pay system. Be sure your RJC account number is on the payment. Make your payment payable to the association and mail it to the bank lockbox address below.

Clubhouse Rental
The Deer Run clubhouse is located at 200 Central Drive.
If you'd like to rent the clubhouse and/or pool for an upcoming event, please complete and submit the rental form below. Refer to the rental calendar for available dates. If "Rental" is noted on a particular day, that means a rental is already scheduled, and the clubhouse is unavailable.
Rental Fees
Rentals run from 11:00 a.m. the day of your event through 10:00 a.m. the following morning to allow for cleanup.
Your pool/tennis key access card or key fob will be activated for the front door on the day of your rental. If you do not have an access device, please notify Rj Community Mgt.

- The fee for the clubhouse is $80.00. The fee for the clubhouse and pool together is $100.00.
- All rentals have a $100.00 refundable deposit required on a separate check.
- Both checks should be made payable to Deer Run HOA and sent to Rj Community Mgt. (4900 Perry Hwy, Pittsburgh, PA 15229) or placed in the clubhouse mailbox.
